To receive a concentrator, you need to download, print, and complete the agreement and transfer acceptance form.
We primarily provide concentrators to socially vulnerable groups. If you have the means, please contact commercial medical equipment rental services. Commercial service phone numbers – 0674820798, 0990350234, 0967584059 (not as advertising, solely to save your time and ours). However, if they refuse you due to lack of available devices, you:
- Join the waiting list at the commercial service.
- Contact us and we will provide you with a concentrator (if available) for the period until your turn comes.
All patients, regardless of financial status, receive a concentrator FREE OF CHARGE for the period needed for recovery.
If a patient has the financial means and still wishes to thank the foundation (we have such cases), they still receive the concentrator free of charge. After recovery, they can always make a transfer to our “Breathe” account to purchase additional concentrators, but this is not mandatory.

If the patient’s saturation is below 80, please call an ambulance immediately!
During non-working hours, concentrators are provided ONLY in case of:
- Low saturation (below 85);
- If the patient has pronounced shortness of breath (respiratory rate above 25). It happens that some patients breathe normally even at 85, while others experience shortness of breath at 90.
- An ambulance came to the patient, but hospitalization was refused due to lack of hospital beds.
How to measure respiratory rate?
- Set a timer for 1 minute.
- Count the number of breaths.
Our rule is “treat first, collect documents later“. You can receive a concentrator through your representative with any identity document, and then prepare the document package and provide it to the foundation when returning the concentrator.
We do not have a waiting list. We provide to those who need it most urgently based on medical indications, subject to device availability. Personal connections, relationships, and achievements do not matter. Exceptions are made only for medical workers – they always receive a concentrator as a priority.
